Your Access Communications sales representative will:
- Gather an understanding of your needs, concerns & goals.
- Do a traffic analysis to review/determine the bill analysis, price gathering and proposal construction.
- Review and explain the strategy behind our recommendation(s).
- Prepare contract documents, and enter the orders into carriers.
- Work with our Project Managers and Support Technicans to configure and match circuit attributes to your hardware solution(s).
- Review your first month’s invoice to insure proper billing is occurring.
